CONDITIONS OF USE

Use of dronemalaga.es confers the status of User of dronemalaga.es, whether an individual or a legal entity, and necessarily implies full, complete and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the clauses and general conditions included in this Legal Notice. AVAILABILITY OF DRONEMALAGA.ES

Drone Málaga does not guarantee that there will be no interruptions or errors in access to dronemalaga.es or its content, nor that it will be up to date, although it will make its best efforts to avoid, correct or update them where appropriate. All notifications and communications from Drone Málaga to the User made by any means shall be considered effective for all purposes.

JURISDICTION

For any matters arising in relation to the interpretation, application and fulfilment of this Legal Notice, as well as any claims that may arise from its use, all parties involved submit to the Judges and Courts of the province of SEVILLE, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.

APPLICABLE LAW

This Legal Notice is governed by current Spanish law. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
