For developers and contractors we fly regularly from the same point and height to document site progress, produce visual reports and, if needed, orthophotos and measurements. We also install fixed time-lapse cameras to record the whole build.
Events, weddings and productions
Marbella's estates, hotels and beach clubs host weddings and events all year round. We film the exteriors, the arrival and the sunset by drone, never flying over guests, and can combine it with ground cameras and live streaming.
Inspections and technical work
We inspect roofs, façades, solar panels and installations without scaffolding or platforms, using zoom and thermal cameras. It's a fast, safe way to detect problems before a sale or a renovation.

On the coast there are urban areas, controlled airspace and restricted zones. Before every flight we check the exact location, prepare the paperwork and handle the necessary notifications and coordination. All you have to do is tell us what you want filmed and where.
Frequently asked questions
Can you fly a drone in Marbella?
Yes, but with conditions. Much of the coastline is under controlled airspace, and in urban areas the flight has to be notified to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior. As an AESA-registered operator we study the area and obtain the necessary authorisations and coordination before flying.
Do you also work in Puerto Banús, San Pedro Alcántara and Nueva Andalucía?
Yes. We cover the whole municipality of Marbella and nearby towns such as Benahavís, Estepona, Istán and Ojén, with the same team and the same way of working.
How far in advance do I need to book?
It depends on where the flight is. In unrestricted areas we can organise it within a few days; if coordination with air traffic control or special permits is needed, it's best to give more notice. Tell us the date and location and we'll give you the real lead time.
What do you deliver for a property shoot?
Edited high-resolution aerial photos and an edited video in landscape format for portals and vertical for social media. If you need them, we also film stabilised ground shots to complete the walk-through of the property.
